Worrying about your health can be completely normal, especially now, during COVID-19. You may find yourself more aware of your bodily sensations, or more thorough with cleaning and hygiene. However, if these thoughts and behaviours are excessive and you often fear you may have a serious underlying health condition, it is possible you may be suffering from health anxiety.
