Dr Mohammad Amir Faizal

Dr Faizal is a Fellow of the Royal College of psychiatrists, United Kingdom and Royal Australian and New Zealand College of psychiatrists. He has worked in psychiatry for over 20 years. He has a passion for developing services and following his MBA in Health, worked as a clinical director in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Dr Faizal has Royal College accreditation in General adult and Addiction psychiatry. His clinical expertise includes disorders such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, psychosis, bipolar disorder, PTSD, alcohol and drug misuse, adult autism spectrum disorders.

Dr Faizal has experience working with patients experiencing psychiatric sequelae of brain injury and neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, and late stage dementia.

He has published in international journals in areas such as addictions and mood disorders. He is passionate about timely and safe access to care for patients and has been awarded Clinical Excellence awards for patient centred care as a clinical director in the United Kingdom. After two decades of work in the public sector, he is offering services in private sector.
