About Me

Joyce is an Australian Registered Psychologist with a compassionate, empathic, and client-focused approach to counselling. Joyce is approachable and warm-hearted – she listens to her clients and works through the difficulties that they are facing. Joyce speaks two languages: English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese, some Mandarin). Joyce’s goal is to help as many people presenting with psychological difficulties as possible, getting through hard times together, and promote wellbeing and happiness. Joyce’s areas of interest include:

Joyce Ma is an Australian registered psychologist.

Joyce focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions and adjustments. She employs evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s unique needs, creating a supportive and understanding environment to foster healing and growth.

Joyce enjoys the imaginative world of “Harry Potter” and, although not an avid viewer, she has recently enjoyed watching “Wednesday” and “Manifest” on Netflix.

Joyce’s favourite subjects in school were psychology and music, which continue to inspire her.
