I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your unique needs, including:
I am genuinely interested in your story and the life experiences that led you to seek therapy. Whether you are feeling stuck or seeking solutions for a more meaningful life, I am here to help. My goal is to help improve the quality of your life by providing a safe space, compassionately listening to your unique story, and offering effective tools and strategies. I also utilize mindfulness and other strategies to facilitate nervous system regulation in our current highly stressful world.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, biking, yoga, reading, and just being with my three boys and our fluffy Maltese fur baby. I love walking local trails and exploring the mountains, where I feel grounded and find inspiration and clarity. I also cherish time spent at the sea, feeling the water and sand, and immersing myself in the surrounding environment. Having lived in both Australia and New Zealand, I feel a deep affinity for both countries and appreciate their unique landscape and cultural differences.
I look forward to meeting you, providing a safe space and working alongside you to create positive change in your life.
