Australian Registered Psychologist
Hi, I am an Australian Registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience, and I am
passionate about helping individuals navigate life circumstances and their personal journeys.
My approach is holistic and centred on the belief that balance is essential for a fulfilling and
resilient life. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the interconnectedness of their
mental, physical, and spiritual health. I have a solution-focussed approach and provide
tailored therapy plans that consider the individual needs, goals and life circumstances. I am
known for my empathic nature and ability to bring humour and levity when appropriate. I
encourage clients to embrace their quirks during sessions as we address their deep-seated
concerns.
I love to connect with humans on any level, but I have a particular interest in working with
people suffering from anxiety and stress, parents in the perinatal period, people
encountering parenting concerns or dealing with grief and loss. I am passionate about
working with individuals dealing with any major life transition, such as becoming a parent,
career change, marriage or divorce and bereavement.
During sessions, I employ strategies from a blend of evidence-based therapies, such as
cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness techniques
and solution focussed therapy. I have recently completed courses through Perinatal Anxiety
and Depression Australia (PANDA) and the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) as I am
truly passionate about this area.
I am interested and experienced in working with:
Whether you’re dealing with stress, feeling stuck, seeking clarity in life, feeling overwhelmed
by change or just wanting to enhance your well-being, I would love to assist and support you
with expertise, empathy, and a touch of humour. I provide services under Medicare, EAP,
NDIS, Private Health and SIRA NSW.

Born and bred in Sydney, Natasha comes from a large family who grew up right in the heart of the city. Her parents ran a boarding house down the road from Centrepoint Tower and her neighbours were a motley crew of tenants whom she believes nurtured her curiosity into human behaviour. Still in Sydney, but a bit more suburban now, Natasha lives with her husband, their three adolescent children and a loving, placid, but solidly built rescue dog named Buster. Natasha loves to spend time with her family and friends, whether it be cooking and eating with them, watching movies, engaging in spontaneous trivia matches or taking early morning walks. She is inspired by the transition of the day and loves to be in the presence of sunrises and sunsets.
Natasha loves to learn and is an avid reader. She also enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks while undertaking any number of activities. She has a passion for anything biological and is pretty handy to have as a Trivia partner (just don’t ask her anything Geography based). Natasha is inspired by mother nature and derives immense pleasure from sunrises, sunsets and rainbows. When she gets a chance, Natasha will do a jigsaw puzzle. She has recently been banned from this activity however, as her family say she is “too obsessed”.
