Neha is a NZ Registered Clinical Psychologist and has worked in a wide variety of settings. She is trained in the assessment and treatment of a broad range of mental health difficulties.

She has a deep personal commitment to mindfulness and self-compassion practices as pathways to increased well-being and flourishing. She believes in creating genuine, warm and collaborative treatment style, with the intent to help clients make enduring and enriching change in their lives. Drawing from a range of evidence based treatment strategies she strives to help clients make sense of and adjust their thoughts, emotions and unhelpful patterns of behaviours.
